Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is a typical delivery schedule - how fast can I get my order processed?
A.
Delivery times will vary, depending on a number of factors. Equipment is processed in the order in which they are received except in the case of an AOG. Typically a unit is evaluated and quoted within 3 days or sooner. Delivery is based on customer approvals and availability of parts.
Q. How are costs calculated? Are you competitive?
A.
Repairs are calculated by time and material - Overhauls are flat rated where possible, but may be time and materials for older equipment.
Q. What makes you different?
A.
Several things:
- When we overhaul something we completely disassemble the unit. Not just a paint job.
- When calling us, you talk to a person, not a machine.
- We are not just order takers, but take the time to understand the problem - educating when necessary.
Q. Are you published? Are you members of any professional organizations?

We are a STARS supplier for Lockheed on the F-16, F-22 and C-130J programs. We have received the BOEING Performance Excellence Award for the US Navy T-45 program. In addition to general repairs and lighting modifications, we support major instrument and avionics manufacturers by providing custom lighting to the manufacturer directly for use in their own products.
